Star, a 17-year-old seasoned pony, has helped more than 300 children experience their very first pony ride. Star is a key part of The Barnyard Foundation’s interactive and educational barnyard kid camps, where she teaches children the importance of safety and fun when interacting with animals. She also participates in therapeutic sessions, visiting senior care facilities, veterans, children with autism, cancer patients, and many others. Star's gentle nature and ability to connect with people make her a treasured member of the sanctuary, bringing comfort and smiles to everyone she meets.
